It was filed in 2001.picinfo and picif those are timedout, search TAMPA BAY on tess, then it's the first one whose title is solely TAMPA BAY. The one below it is the same thing. Turns out I have a similar concept logo coming this summer, but it is plenty different. Anyway, I still love that jersey design.
