CJR Posted December 15, 2004 Share Posted December 15, 2004 edward j livingstone owner of toronto blueshirts Which is why the Leafs wrongfully exclude the Blueshirts history from their own Technically, every team that left the NHA for the NHL had a new franchise, so it's not really wrongfully, it's just that the only other team that currently has the option to count their time in the NHA (the Canadiens) does so.Of course, as I posted awhile ago, if you want to go back far enough the Maple Leafs are really the Canadiens, but no one wants to think about that.
