yh Posted October 24, 2005 Share Posted October 24, 2005 I was at the game and while I was really happy and somewhat surprised to see gold pants (they did the pregame workout in the black pants), I was a bit dismayed that they didn't do too great of a job matching up the golds. Not only did the gold not match the "old gold" of the helmet decal, it didn't even match the gold in the uniform numbers (which is slighly off from the decal color but I'm sure that's attributable to an inability to get a 100% match when comparing fabric to vinyl). My guess is that we'll only see the gold pants occasionally and only with the black jerseys. My understanding is that the players really like the all white look on the road.
