CS85 Posted November 3, 2005 Share Posted November 3, 2005 It's a load of crap that he won afc d player of the week.Nothing against Bruschi, but this is crap. He knows he didn't deserve this award. He got 10 tackles, but most of the time he got run over, and his team only beat the crappy Bills by 5 points. Sean Merriman and Warren Sapp had great days, and Bruschi won because he had a damn stroke. It's a great feel-good story, but players have POTW clauses in their contracts for bonuses and it's a great thing for younger players to put on resume's but the 32-year-old Bruschi gets a gimme.
