Shumway
I'm helping 1Habsfan9 out with his hockey teams' logo. This is so far what I've come up with. I used the Buffalo Bandits' logo for the hat, and the general face turned out to be similar, not particularly my intentions, but so be it. My initial sketch was actually somewhat similar without even seeing theirs, but I had trouble doing the hat. Anyways, I just wanted some c&c on how to improve, and possibly make it less like the Bandits' logo.
Shumway
Nothing? Well, here's what I'm thinking:The eyes are too bigIt looks a bit too cartoonish, although I didn't intend it to be that wayThe hat still doesn't look right to me...not sure why
gordie_delini
you'd need to see the back of the hat on the left side, and that side hangs down a little too low. the eyes are a little too out of proportion, and the end of the nose (under the hankerchief) is a bit bulbous. his chin also sticks too far out, like he's jutting out his jaw or something. align the center of the chin with the center of the nose, and then the center point of the hankerchief and it'll look much more balanced and less cartoon-ish, at least i think.
