The Tennessee Oilers had 0. (According to Tank's site, they went 8-8 both times as the Oilers before switching to the Titans)

But the Houston Oilers-Tennessee Oilers-Tennessee Titans are just one franchise.

As far as I know, the Baltimore Ravens are the only team to be considered a "new franchise" after they were relocated, because of the legal battles the city of Cleveland went through.

Let me reprhase it technically the Bobcats are right but they have played just 2 seasons. This team must have played atleast 10 seasons.

He said "team" not franchise. I consider Houston Oilers/Tennessee Oilers/Tennessee Titans to be different "teams."
