I couldn't figure out another team that did the same thing, but i would guess Colorado (or at least a team that played Colorado in the mountain air.) I don't remember the year, but it was the Rockies scoring a run in each inning.....but at Wrigley Field, I believe.I'm thinking either 2001 or 2002.
