I don't like the use of so much gray/silver for the jersey, and the complete lack of white anywhere else. And for some reason, the logo just doesn't seem right on it. There's all this yellow on the jersey, and the logo is primarily white and black (or is that blue?) Don't trash the design, just play around with it for a while.
