So far, I've only been able to confirm three based on team pages.AtlantaCleveland confirmedDenver confirmedGolden StateIndianaOrlando confirmedSan AntonioAlso, on the Nuggets' page, I noticed an event called "St. Patrick's Day Celebration". Does this mean the NBA is repeating its special green jerseys this year? If so, I can only imagine what Denver'll come up with.Finally, as more information develops, please add replies for dates, photos, or other info (I'll do my best as well).
