I also looked at some pics of blue jays before altering the design. A blue jay does have black accents to its head. It looked funny at first but I hope that its one of those design elements that looks better as one gets used to it... but maybe not. Thanks for the feed back. goforbroke Posted October 7, 2008 Share Posted October 7, 2008 i would stick with the grey because i think its meant more as a highlight/shadow than actual black/grey feathers. if u keep the color light ur eye goes to the blue and maple leaf red like its supposed to.
