totc Posted November 27, 2008 Share Posted November 27, 2008 In keeping with throwback jerseys of the past few seasons such as Easton-Phillipsburg, there is a game in Hamilton Township, N.J. which will have throwback uniforms for the 50th game between Steinert (a/k/a Hamilton East) and Hamilton West.I saw a black-and-white photo and saw that they were long-sleeved with five stripes on the sleeves like the old Princeton University teams. Hamilton has a white body and black sleeves with orange stripes, and Steinert is green with white stripes. Will try to link to photos when possible.Anyone else? McKinley-Massilon? Portland-Deering? Hell, I graduated in 2006 and my brother is a freshman this year. The jerseys he wears on the freshman team were the Varsity jerseys from before I even attended high school. And the JV jerseys are the Varsity's from when I played as a freshman in 2002. The only thing we got new every year was pants. Everything else gets recycled.
