That is a pretty decent redering, although there's still a few tweaks you need to make, such as eliminating th faint reddish outline around some shapes in the bird. That script is pretty dull, I'd try a different one as well, try giving it some character.Great job, looking foward to some alternate logos or uniforms, if you decide todo any.
