Deangelo Williams Drawing

So I just finished my sketchbook for school at the last minute (yeah, I procrastinated...). I decided to draw Deangelo Williams, one of my favorite players from one of my favorite teams. Not sure where I should've put this topic, but here it is:

the legs need some work. Especially the left thigh, which looks huge, and the left foot.

did you use a grid to draw him? that's what I felt always works the best, because it really helps to keep the proportions accurate.

I just drew it straight from hand, and I feel like grids sometimes leave indents of where it used to be.

Very nice color definition and shadow with the colored pencil. I agree that some of the body proportions are a bit off, but the rendering is quite nice.

Not bad. Proportions are off, but it happens in free-hand.
