pittunited
I can kinda understand what Mondesi's going through, what with the lawsuits and such, but really, by quitting for a year, isn't he just being a big baby? If I were him, I'd suck it up and keep playing through it.Oh well. At least this clears a spot on the Bucs' roster for when Jason Bay returns. slapshot
Last night ESPN reported that Mondesi feared for the safety of his family and left to be with them. If it has to do with the money that Guerrero is after, it sounds like a very ugly and sad situation., Back-to-Back Fatal Forty Champion 2015 & 2016
CC97
From what I've seen and heard in my years in the "business", Mondesi wasn't much of a fan playing the game anymore and I was expecting him to retire soon anyways. --- Chris Creamer Founder/Editor, SportsLogos.Net "The Mothership" • News • Facebook • X/Twitter • Instagram
NJTank
If Mondesi has issues off the field taht are making him playing baseball difficult then its for teh best he step away and take car eof them. This is nowhere similar to Derke Bell who was just upset he had to fight for a job in Spring Training. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com
