Lee Noire
Did a search for farmers field with no results but if it does exist just delete this. So the city of LA unanimously approved Farmers Field and AEG can break ground as soon as a team commits to play there. That's the real issue here right? Well apparently talks between AEG and the NFL are going well and could see a team make the move by March. I'll believe it when it happens but this is the closest we have been LA. Fingers crossed. Here is a link:http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2012/10/farmers-field-agreement.htmlThoughts?
BrySmalls
The last I heard of AEG is that they put their entire sports and entertainment assets on the market. Is or were there any bidders for their properties? Also, there's a whole mega-thread dedicated to the "NFL to LA" rumors. Check it out: http://boards.sportslogos.net/topic/84270-nfl-merry-go-round/. Lee Noire
They did but the guy who has been spearheading this deal, Tim Leiwike(spell check), has remained with the company as this deal is his baby. AEGs new potential owner has also expressed his want for NFL across from Staples(he is part owner of the Lakers). Thanks man I will have a look. I guess this can be moved?
