Not bad, I guess. But I think the better way to memorialize them and do your part it just to donate money, not make logos that none of the people down there can actually see or would care about. And I don't know if you really want a festive-style font in a memorial about a tragedy. Just sayin'...

in fact I already have donated money to the cause, I understand that festive isnt the right word for this time of tragedy, but it does help those remember what New Orleans was like

Well, I think you should add the silhouette of Mississippi and Alabama as well. New Orleans isn't the only city on the gulf coast, and the Saints themselves represent about 0.1% of the population that was affected by the disaster. It just seems to focus on one part of the whole that was affected.
