Cleveland found a way to look even more Cleveland like.

Seeing the black numbers on the sleeves, with the black collar the black at the end of the arms, I am liking them a bit. The new orange looks fantastic.

The Braves are good, tho one could say they kinda cheated.

If you looked at the post I made after the one you quoted, you would see I said that. The thickening of the lines ARE dumb, along with there being less crown in general to fit in Sacramento, so it does not really look like what its suppose to be portraying.

Yea looking at the original one The lines are trying to give the crown dimension, with the 3 big points and the 2 in the back. But making those lines thicker, it loses that and just looks weird.

Then the lines are even more dumb.

Yes the thick/obvious cut lines were there in 2016 cause I had the same thoughts, well except for it being clever, more tacky and too obvious to me. The older 80s-mid 90s logo did it better.

NBA JAM (the original unused NBA JAM SESSION logo even moreso) was quite factory pomo. Also this Marlins logo And of course the Rockies logo, just no triangle points (Well the mountain does it)

I would say the final Cleveland Indians look before the change to Guardians (Which added life back to their look) would be at the bottom for me in terms of simplifications of brand for MLB.

To steer this back from the dumpster fire its headed in. I see Gritty don't have a new jersey yet but instead is wearing "A NEW ERA OF ORANGE" tank top for now.

I found the pregame warmup jerseys mostly stupid, and in alot of cases, not needed. They can just project goofy crap on the ice if they really want to do anything for a themed night instead of wasting money producing silly versions of jerseys.

I think they should've kept the colors from the old flag, the winner is fine but replace the black with navy. Instead it looks like a spin off of the Maryland flag instead of the city having its own color scheme.

I am fine with them as well, it is unique for the Flyers.

Everything about this update just screams cheap.

The sleeve numbers not being outlined but the numbers on the back being outlined is just dumb. Just add a orange outline to the black sleeve numbers and black outline to the white sleeve ones.

Like others said, it probably more has to do with a Nike jersey being much different than back then. Though white throwback would be sweet.

Taking any stock from what one of the players say is just silly.

Speaking of PS1 era, despite Veterans Stadium switching to all blue seats in 1996. Games like MLB until MLB 99 or 2000 depicted the vet with the old yellow, orange, red seats scheme. I know the first Ken Griffey on N64 had the vet with half blue & half red seats for whatever reason. Also some of them depicted the vet still having the other team logos too. Also, its funny to see how innacurate video games got Citizens Bank Park if they came out in 2004, of course this is probably mainly true for most new stadiums in videogames. And back to the Phillies, quite a bit video games on their uniforms would be the Phillies wordmark with the underscore the logo used to have (the uniforms only had Phillies without the underscore line)

Still rather have those lightning uniforms hoisting the cup rather than the maple leaf-life ones that did later on.

My problem with the Canucks logo is it looks like a mediocre 1997 logo that should've been replaced long ago instead of just getting recolored.

Their white city is good and they should just make their current set based off it. Tho get rid of that goofy tiny Nuggets wordmark on the sides.

I also have the feeling they don't mind the green looking brighter so it looks lighter than the Jets green jersey's. (I also do see pics from the 90s where they look closer to the green of the throwback too)
