I loved the Phillies sleeve numbers, it's damn shame they are gone, and especially the reason why.

I still find that so hilarious. Especially since the color is reversed from what was said.

I hope they lessen the white in the orange jersey and use black more.

They should add a white outline to the red numbers.

The new logo is fine, what is it suppose to look like now, a road? The font is very generic, just in italics, and I really don't care for them changing it to one with the simple one story lowercase a, when they used a two story lowercase a for 65+years.

What is it with alternate football leagues having goofy ref shirts?

Also, why is it they don't have the players wear the shorts in the pics?

They could get rid of the makers mark or move it back to the sleeve.

Like said, they only have to get rid of their red road alternate (that was originally a spring training jersey) to have 4 uniforms.

I hope the Phillies drop the red alt, though I do like them, the cream alt's are great and have to stay. Dropping the gray gives them no 2nd choice for contrast unless they wear the light blue throwbacks on the roads (which wouldn't be too bad since that was their original desognation) but the grays have such history to them as well and look fine.

The gray Phillies jersey is my goto jersey to wear. Always have liked it more than their pinstripes. Speaking of which, I'm gonna guess the Phillies red jersey goes into hibernation again?

The main sports stuff I have been getting at flea markets lately is old yearbook, programs.

Make the top part light blue instead of gray for starters (and navy on the light blue jersey) and just ONE SHADE of said color. The every element needs a story is corny.
