Theres pics going around on social media of the Bucks selling LILLARD 0 jerseys.
This means Marjon Beauchamp is gonna have a new number. If he goes with 00 it'll be the first time a team issued 0, 00, and 99 (Jae Crowder) all at once.
He is switching to #3

From what I’ve gathered, a large amount of their fans wanted the orca as the primary element instead of the needle. It seems to be that the team wanted to double down on the needle as the primary identifier and felt like they had to throw in an orca at the last minute as a way to try and appease fans.

The Warriors aren't getting a Classic Edition next season. We've now seen all 4 Classics that we'll have. Nada mas.
...four? Hornets, Magic, Wolves. What am I forgetting?

The center court logo on that "Coastal Court" appears to use black instead of navy

Surprised there's no title sponsor for the pointless, in season tournament, though I expect that to change by the time the season starts. Still don't get why anyone should care about this, including the players, except for the money, of course.
I'm just glad the games are part of the regular season (aside from the final). I get sick of watching MLS teams sign minor leaguers to 1-day contracts just to have them play in US Open Cup games.

Crazy how bland, safe, and corporate this feels. Really should have gone the badge/shield direction like the NCAA tourneys do and named it something like the "Jerry West Mid-Season Classic" or "Las Vegas Hardwood Series". Imagine them playing this in the MSG Sphere lol (for the record, I have no idea if it can even house a basketball court)
Not calling it the Silver Cup is a real missed opportunity.

The primary quoted tweet isn't anything special as far as I can tell, but the top reply says that there was a short segment on the jumbotron teasing new uniforms. Supposedly a modern version of the Kansas City Kings' font.

Has anyone heard of any teams getting a full new jersey set next year?
Phoenix maybe? I thought they were supposed to have one but delayed it.
I would expect Phoenix to get that "new owner rebrand" either next year or the following year.

It’s tired to complain about, I know, but yeah, Bucks in black and Celtics in green on an unrelated blue court is next-level nonsensical. Rough look for a matchup of the two best teams in the league. Bucks nearly lost it for those karmic reasons, too.
They need to stop acting like the Celtics' green is a light color. It's too dark to try and contrast against a blue or black opposing uniform.

NGL, I immediately thought the Utah Stars were coming back to the WNBA.
Utah's current G-League team is the SLC Stars.

2023 - 2024 NBA changes

The Nike deal was signed in June '15 and was an 8 year deal. If it wasn't renewed, it's already expired.
Considering all the jerseys at media day were Nike, I'm guessing it was quietly renewed.
