  1. The Jets have a similar problem. They look better with white socks when they wear green pants, but their tapered striping system wouldn't work on a sock.
  2. Is this the more interesting option for them? Yes. Would I rather see them wear it against different teams this season since they've worn it at Arrowhead every season since the unveil? Also yes. Still haven't seen the yellow pants in Denver or Vegas.
  3. Should look way better than in 2016 when it was a cold overcast day and the Ravens wore black pants: Plus that double outline for Miami did't help.
  4. Saints in black. Thought they migh've done Color Rush here since they're 2-0 vs. the Brady Bucs in it.
  5. No white for the home opener this year! Last year it didn't happen because it was a night game, but I fully expected this to be a white game like in 2018 and 2019.
  6. Jeez. Who would’ve expected those two weeks in a row to open the season? This look was not worn once at home last season. Hopefully this at least means no whiteout game in addition to the white throwback game this season.
  7. I've got Jacksonville, Baltimore, and New Orleans all in white at home this week.
  8. Even when a team is wearing colored socks, half the players still choose to wear white socks on their own. We just can’t win anymore.
  9. Why do the Cardinals always wear red pants against the Chiefs? Third straight time. And now the Vikings have gotten in on the white socks abomination. Terrific.
  10. Looks like navy pants for the Pats. Doesn’t look promising for those silver pants if they aren’t wearing them in Miami. Panthers entire field design is in black and white today. Looks awful. The blue elements of the logo and end zone script are white.
  11. Add the 49ers to the list of teams that isn't on the same page as their opponents and just assumes every road opponent will wear color. Carolina already announced that it will be in white for that game. Also add them to list of teams who that wear their alternates against the same teams over and over. Chiefs is different, but why wear your red and white combo against another red and white team?
  12. The Eagles consistently wear green pants at Detroit but sadly not anywhere else.
  13. Is it my TV or do the Rams pants look even brighter and more highlighter yellow than usual?
  14. It's also their team color that they've been known for and is literally in their nickname. This decision is simply not acceptable from a branding standpoint. And not to mention, at least one of those three games will be all-green.
  15. Here is the link to the new Falcons one. Couldn't post it yesterday. And the below confirms that the Jets will only wear green jerseys for a maximum of THREE home games . Already confirmed black for three (NE, CHI, JAC) and now white for two (BAL, CIN).
  16. As much as I wish teams thought this way and looked back at previous matchups, it’s got to be a coincidence in most of these cases. The thought process was probably something like “Let’s wear it for that rivalry prime time game in Week 13 and then let’s pick a game earlier in the season. Let’s wear our regular uniforms for the home opener and then throwback the following game” (which in this case happens to be the Lions)
  17. Falcons posted a corrected one (but didn’t actually acknowledge they screwed up) and all the games that seemed wrong in fact are. It will be black at Rams and at Tampa and white at Carolina. Everything else remained the same.
  18. Bears would've been a nice clash of red and navy. Now there will instead be tons of navy.
  19. This likely means we'll see light blue for the Raiders game in Week 3. Nice. The Giants last visited Tennessee in 2014 when they wore white at home all season, so I'm glad this was saved from that again after 8 years, probably thanks to the 4:25 kickoff time.
  20. https://www.instagram.com/p/CiLKgkQuDEp/?hl=en I hope this is an indication that the Jets are wearing green. They did choose to wear it for a 1pm preseason game a couple weeks back.
  21. They did the same thing last year against New England. I don’t understand the logic.
  22. Maybe speck wasn’t the right word. All I’m saying is there was no need to make navy nothing more than a trim color. This look was fine with a navy helmet and socks, and now they won’t even look like the Bears when it’s worn.
