It certainly is interesting the Raiders decided to name their LBs Coach, Antonio Pierce, as the Interim HC. I mean it’s not that surprising considering no one on the coaching staff is noteworthy.

And yet the idiot decided to be “that guy” and not wear the proper socks. Either way, white pants for this suck.

Lots of great and fantastic looking games this past week. Especially when 3 teams wear their throwbacks. Unfortunately, it was capped off by one of the worst looking games in the league’s history. Let’s get into it- Best Patriots @ Dolphins Miami in their fantastic throwbacks and New England breaking out the silver pants for a second week in a row. Couldn’t ask for anything better. (Okay, maybe both wearing throwbacks). Browns @ Seahawks Absolutely love Seattle’s throwbacks. Cleveland could’ve gone orange pants to brighten it up a bit, but I’m certainly not upset about this one. Good looks all around. Falcons @ Titans This game could’ve looked absolutely horrendous, but Tennessee’s throwbacks really saved this one. I actually dug Atlanta opting for their regular black jersey in this to make it color-vs-color. Big props to both teams. Honorable Mention Jaguars @ Steelers Teal against yellow is an absolute winner. Just wish this one looked a tad bit different. If Tennessee & Atlanta can go color-vs-color, why couldn’t Jacksonville & Pittsburgh? Worst Raiders @ Lions Damn you to hell, Detroit. Turning this game into a grey-silver monstrosity is all on you. This could’ve been an ALL TIMER if you just wore your normal home uniforms. Texans @ Panthers Yeah, Carolina going naked below the waist and Houston’s unwillingness to wear red socks really drug this down. Shameful. Wild Card Rams @ Cowboys Could’ve been a lot better if Dallas actually wore their intended silver pants with the navy jersey. At the very least wear navy socks. Rams looked fine as is. Have at it folks!

I really think the Cowboys would benefit from using a shade of blue that isn’t the usual suspect. No navy No royal No powder

The Lions blue helmet would be a lot more palatable if at least one other piece of the uniform was blue.

That’s a fair assessment. Honestly, I think App State does a really good job at it. I believe the outer line is a bit thicker than that of the Dolphins The current Patriots white jersey has a double outline of silver and red, but if you aren’t paying close attention, it gives the illusion of a white and red double outline-

Having to add the additional “Stripes” line is so dumb. The Bengals need to just go with one pair of white pants and call it a day. Stop the nonsense.

I’m partial to the number font and logo. Find a way to merge old and current logo? Money. Also, aqua pants for crying out loud. That’s what the throwback is missing.

If gold pants do get introduced, it’s possible they’ll either go sans stripe or one sold burgundy stripe. You could theoretically pair them with the white jersey. It may not look the greatest because of the black trimmings, but it’s close enough to this to at least warrant a consideration- Truth be told, at the time of the unveiling I 100% thought they were going this route.

If the Dolphins simply merged the current and throwbacks together, then we’re cooking.

The Texans could very much use their regular colors but mimic the Oilers uniforms. It’s not a drastic thing to imagine. Quite frankly, it’s the closest the Texans should ever get to the team of 26 years yonder. Truth of the matter is, everything related to the Oilers still is and always will belong to the Tennessee franchise’s history. Regardless of how disgruntled Houstonians feel on the subject.

Washington State is exactly the team I thought of. It’s currently the closest comparison we have to Arizona.

I’m fully expecting the Washington - New England game next week to be all white vs all blue

While neither are necessary, but given the current state of uniform craziness, the Arizona Cardinals would’ve been better off having a grey uniform instead of a black one
