I loved the California Redwoods name from the old UFL. If they could find a way to resurrect AAF names, the Apollos and Hotshots should be the front runners, but out of sheer hilarity bring back the Iron and put them in Erie.

Wasn’t the intention of including pewter for the helmet to mimic a cannonball? If that’s the case, they missed the mark. Ohio State on the other hand, hit the mark a few years ago with their alternate black helmet-

It was a tough one this week. 7/15 matchups this week featured teams in all white. Which IMO is a no-no, but I digress. I had to work with what we got. All three matchups that took place under the Florida sun on Sunday looked incredible. It was a close call dishing out the placings. With that said, here we go- Best Vikings @ Bears Par for the course matchup between these two divisional foes. Minnesota could have done a little better, but still an easy sight on the eyes. Patriots @ Raiders Say it with me now… ALL TIMER. I’ll be honest, I struggled with this one a bit. However, Las Vegas has such a fantastic classic uniform that it helps New England’s uniform here. Those Pesky Pats are a permanent silver set of pants away from being stellar. Lions @ Buccaneers TB did nothing wrong here. Detroit’s decision not to wear blue socks causes great confusion. Still a great bout. Honorable Mention(s) Colts @ Jaguars C’Mon Indy… give us some blues! A surprisingly well thought out uniform combination for Jacksonville in this one. Cardinals @ Rams Theres definitely some strong opinions regarding both of these sets. While Arizona desperately needs to get red socks in there, it’s enough to work brilliantly off of LA’s blue and yellow. Worst Ravens @ Titans What a dull and drab garbage heep. There’s a joke about London in there somewhere. Saints @ Texans Houston looks naked below the waist. Saints gonna Saint. Ugly matchup. Broncos @ Chiefs Not a huge fan of KC’s all red. Less of a fan of Denver’s whole set. Wildcard Panthers @ Dolphins Quite honestly a beautiful scene. Just wish Miami had some more color here. Carolina with a surprising choice of their lighter blue. Have at it folks!

This uniform, but with a white helmet would be pure joy

Well, I definitely know what my worst list is going to look like for Week 6. Best list is gonna need some thinking.

Why can’t Dallas just throw the regular white jersey in the dumpster? The CR jersey and the navy jersey work together hand-in-hand. It has all anyone asks for. A singular blue, no use of black, matching number fonts, the outlines of the numbers matching the logo. Just the shear uniformity. Chef kiss.

Sorry, my imagination is confined to nearly identical matches. Red & Orange or busy, I’m afraid.

I knew someone would post Tennessee. The Volunteers lack red in their scheme and an orange facemask. It’s close, but no cigar.

I’m still curious to know what a monocreamsicle uniform would look like for Tampa Bay

I’d 100% bet money on Jags in all white vs Saints in all black. Here’s to hoping we get a surprise throwback out of Miami.

Lots of team this week suffering from debilitating cases of chromophobia. Plus the Cowboys tonight in their “arctic cowboy” duds. Thats 7/15 matchups featuring a team wearing all white

The duality of man uniform nerds is praising the creamsicles from Tampa Bay’s worst era while simultaneously not giving the time of day to Tennessee’s (superior) silver helmet Oilers throwback from Tennessee/Houston’s worst era

It’s even more heinous they opted to not give us a proper red helmet throwback to wear against the Giants throwback

Bills in white pants and Giants in blue socks would make this a top tier matchup. So close yet so far.

My Super Bowl matchup this year is San Francisco-Miami. However, I’m gonna pencil in a Miami-Detroit Super Bowl as my #2. I like what Detroit has given us on a weekly basis.

Never said I was ignoring those things. I still think those things stink, but the team ignoring both of their primary and secondary colors below the waist is a heinous act against the uniform they wear. Again… anything, something, burgundy below the waist would’ve made the matchup against Atlanta somewhat more visually pleasing. Instead, we got a fantastic uniform for Atlanta against an empty white void for Washington. Very unbalanced and one sided.

Burgundy anything below the jersey would’ve made the matchup today more visually palatable.

Keep the Roughnecks in Houston, move the Gamblers to Las Vegas, trash the Vipers
