I love when teams wear white jersey and pants and the helmet and sock are a matching color.

Yet another team going with Oilers “inspired” uniforms. This time, it’s Rice with the “Luv Ya Owls” powder blue jerseys-

Georgia Tech’s “ghost” uniforms I just don’t get it. How are these teams doing a better job at being the Saints than the actual Saints?

Laughing at this because not only are the Texans uniforms better, they perfected that specific uniform template by not falling for the ridiculous piping shtick. The Patriots lost all claim to uniform novelty the moment Houston rolled out their uniform.

Coworker was talking about this past week’s games and said he doesn’t believe Miami is all that good because they “allowed a sorry ass team like Denver to put up 20 points on ‘em.”

Okay, this week was a pretty lame duck in terms of matchups so it’s gonna be a little out of wack. Too many teams in solid white socks, too many teams in white pants and too many teams wearing both. Not enough color. Without further needed introduction… Best Bears @ Chiefs Classic Matchup. Zero Complaints. Steelers @ Raiders All-Timer Matchup. Second time I’ve said such a thing involving Las Vegas Cowboys @ Cardinals This is where the lame duck-ness sorta kicks in. I’m willing to overlook Arizona persistent of all red as it works really well against Dallas here. Honorable Mention Panthers @ Seahawks It’s a decent matchup. A bit dull for my liking, but Carolina did a fantastic job in dress up. Seattle doing Seattle things with their all navy below the waste invokes a hearty shrug. Worst Rams @ Bengals What the do I even say to this? Cincy’s ugly ass unnecessary white bengal helmets vs LA’s less than satisfactory all blues. They had every chance to break out a SB 56 matchup and blew it. Texans @ Jaguars Too much white, not enough teal and red. Colts @ Ravens Indy desperately needs blue socks and Baltimore needs to burn the black pants, throw them in a dumpster, and push it into the harbor. Wild Card Giants @ 49ers Too much white and red, not enough blue, grey, and gold. It’s not bad, but certainly could’ve looked better. Have at it folks!

Even if he wanted to do that, it takes 18-24 months to roll out a new set. So essentially, put it at year 5 of current set.

This week is alumni weekend for Washington. Typically, the team wears their third jersey at this time. THANKFULLY we don’t have to see the all black for two more weeks

The Frederick Keys should just adopt the Ghost Hounds identity permanently. It’s far better than the Keys one.

We missed out on Week 1 so here is a retroactive list at the request of you guys. There were some really great ones this week so it’s not a cake walk and traditional matchups aren’t guaranteed spots in the Best List- Best Buccaneers @ Vikings Throwbacks for Minnesota was just a cherry on top of an already stellar Tampa Bay uniform. Dolphins @ Chargers Vibrancy is the key here people, and you’re going to hear it a lot from me. Packers @ Bears It’s a tale as old as time and everything is fine. Honorable Mention 49ers @ Steelers My feelings towards Pittsburgh’s uniform hamper this one. Otherwise it’s a finely tuned matchup that chugged along. Worst Titans @ Saints Not surprising. All white monstrosities against a persistent usage of all black. Cardinals @ Commanders If Washington actually had gold pants, this has a chance at Honorable Mention Wild Card Bills @ Jets New York’s throwbacks were incredible, but against the blueberry behemoth of Buffalo? Not a chance. Could’ve been better and definitely could’ve been worst ie Jets going black below the belt. Have at it folks.

Not that I like ‘em. The color matchup is what propped it up.

First things first, I’d like to thank @infrared41 for his dedicated years of doing these threads. I’ll try my best to keep it alive. Lets hop in to it- Best Packers @ Falcons The Atlanta throwbacks really tied this game together for me (Even if I’m not a huge fan of GB’s uniforms). Raiders @ Bills I was in Buffalo, but left town a day before this game. Wish I stuck around for it. An all-time matchup when the Bills don’t go blueberry on us. Dolphins @ Patriots Phew, cream of the crop for this week. So much vibrancy. Miami sacrificed what could’ve been a true throwback game in order to wear aqua pants and it all worked out magnificently. Well done for the Sunday night cap. Honorable Mention Chiefs @ Jaguars Much like Miami-New England, a ton of vibrancy, but Jacksonville opting for white socks threw the whole look off. KC is par for the course. Worst Giants @ Cardinals Too much red. Puke inducing. Death to the white pants. Enough said. Browns @ Steelers Hate Pittsburgh’s number font. Hated the grotesque white helmets for Cleveland even more. Wild Card Bears @ Buccaneers Up in the air on this one. Once again a very vibrant game thanks to Chicago’s orange helmet and jersey combo in the Florida sun, but it’s not something I’m overly excited about. It’s fine for a one-off game this early in the season.

It would also negate the legalities the Roughnecks have faced with the NFL
