What’s with the Penn State helmet? Are they poking fun at how Cleveland has no helmet logo?

The bigger question is why they're using the Major Motion Picture Association logo in the background...surely I'm missing something

Texans using the red helmet for a preseason graphic.

This would seem strange to me--in combination with the other evidence--if they've not switching to red full time. Why waste a preseason game on one of your three chances to wear it?

I've noticed PFF has been using the <=B=> logo a lot this offseason for the Browns. Is this logo making a comeback? Or are they just using it for no particular reason?

I think most folks outside the Boards just geniunely don't even realize. I still see the Lions' black outline, the old Chargers logo, the old Jets logo, and the decade-long-outdated Seahawks logo all the time.

Yeah, Cowboys with a white helmet have never looked quite right to me. It’s passable with the blue jersey, but still much less distinctive than the normal silver helmet.

I think It'd be twice as good if the stripe and logo matched the white pants

This shows why a timeless classic is always better than what’s on-trend or the start of a new trend (like the 97 Broncos re-brand):

The problem with Navy/Orange is that it looks very similar to the Bears.  Probably not close enough to matter, but still a reason to consider going back to Royal/Orange:
