  1. The only reason I want to see Arizona keep the red pants is for the cold temperature/snow away games to pair with the road jersey. It is a nice look and allows for some level of visibility while watching. That Buffalo game with the Colts in all white was a nightmare to watch.
  2. Can Carolina just go back to the looks they had before? I do not think the pants design yields the versatility to switch colors and maintain a good look and it's worse because no element matches (Silver helmet, white jersey, with black pants and socks does not look good. W/W/B was a solid look on the road and doesn't look like the mash of too many elements as they have now and make the uniform look bottom-heavy.
  3. Wait. The Jags jersey was made by Nike, and the Niners by Adidas. Was there not a universal brand for the league at the time?
  4. I know this was already discussed in this thread, but watching the Suns v. Pistons highlights, you notice how much the purple on the jersey does not match the pants. I thought it was just a lighting problem while modeling, but they're just two different shades of purple.
  5. Something about this is reminding me of the '90s Milwaukee Bucks but in a bad way.
  6. Outside of the coloring on the tiger logo, I really like this road look for Mizzou. Especially against the Black-dominant scheme of Vanderbilt.
  7. I like the aqua pants on the road. I do not like it when they wear them at home. It is not a look I enjoy seeing and to me, it feels like cheap looking, the, under Gase, and if they did it now.
  8. I never want to see teal pants for games in Miami. That was an Adam Gase exclusive and looked bad then, and it would now. The all-white works for Miami, but it's much better with aqua socks. The Chargers look good in either, and I'm in the camp of hating 3 different colors in a uniform.
  9. As a student, their insistence on often having the helmet match no other uniform aspect kills me inside
  10. Mizzou updated the striping on the gold helmet this year to match the uniform (New Below, Old Above). I wonder if the gold pants will follow suit?
  11. Outside of not looking like the Bears, I feel like there's a better balance of the navy helmet and orange jersey. The Orange helmet makes it look so top-heavy. Especially without the navy socks.
  12. The lighting at Faurot is just kinda blue. Don't know why
  13. The helmets look amazing for the Cardinals up close and at a distance. I really hope they get away from the blood-clot look once the season starts. The pants matching the helmet would do wonders, even if I'm not a fan of the design on said white pants.
  14. Overall, they're really nice. It's a great modernization of the Barkley Era uniforms, but as other people said, it could use black. I do have concerns about the "Icon" jersey since it's not as well balanced color wise as the "Associaton"
  15. While a lot of the uniforms are nice and executed well, none in any way should ever come back as primary uniforms. 4 of the teams with throwbacks (Jets, Vikings, Seahawks, Bucs) have what I consider "modern classics" that could use tweaking or are solid, but show off their look well, and I think Nike has executed well (The Jets just fail to wear green or the uniform combos that are good). Trying to modernize them just feels cheap.
  16. The In-Season Tournament really just wanted to understand how EJ's Neat-O Stat of the Night has felt
  17. The Kings' new uniforms are solid. Better than the old ones and I'm glad they moved on from grey being as present, but it does make the primary logo feel out of place a little. I would have loved a purple "Association" uniform over black, but it looks fine in black. The Alt feels like they just missed the mark. Using the old split uniform design as inspiration concerned me cause I think it wasn't good then and now, but they almost nailed it. The checkerboard pattern feels more natural in purple and black compared to the white and purple of the '90s. The gradient makes it look much nicer compared to the hard-line distinction of purple and black. The script is lacking. I would have liked something with the new Sacramento script on it or take it out from above the wordmark.
  18. Ok, I agree some of the designs have fallen flat, but I fail to see how the Marlins CC is not good. It uses their current colors so well and just has all the pop and the pinstripes feel (I am aware they are not) like a nice nod to the OG uniforms. It just comes together as such a great look.
  19. Disagree with the Twins standpoint, but I do think the Guardians should have added bronze or a dark gold to their color scheme to go with the Guardian of Traffic.
  20. I'm pretty sure. It's why we got the weird state of the Commies road uniform cause Snyder really wanted a black jersey
  21. Has anything changed template-wise with pants? If I remember correctly, it was the reason the Panthers changed their pants design (for the worse) and made the stripe stretch to the socks and present wider than before.
  22. Surprised it hasn't been, but it is a little funny that the Rangers CC uses almost the same colors as their in-state rivals' old branding. Though it's not like the Astros own the color, so it's okay. It's an okay look, I'm disconnected by the pants, but make them the same color and it looks like the D-Backs CC.
  23. Maybe unpopular, but I felt this set had the most potential since the Nash era. They could have incorporated purple more in the home and alternate, but it just felt like the best look. Call back to the Barkley era without being too out there.
  24. The Titans Columbia Blue jersey is the best thing (out of an overall meh rebrand), so it sucks we will see it once or twice like the Bengals' orange jersey. Denver is fine. I think we'll still see a decent number of Bucs and Seahawks games in those uniforms, especially Seattle.
  25. This being posted is making me realize how inconsistent the Marlin design was
