Moving right along into the next USFL team... a team that lost one of it's rivals but gained another one in the Oilers. SAN ANTONIO GUNSLINGERS The Dinky Daltons of San Antonio have an interesting history.. in particular their infamous owner Clinton Manges who didn't play the players, had the franchise scrubbed and threatened to nuke the NFL/USFL merger plans until he was convinetly found dead, shot full of holes with his death remaining unsolved.

Georgia #1 in AP poll, Alabama #2 Marshall missed being ranked by 4 votes.

However this good run had to sadly come to an end where as from 2016 their amazing 26 year winning season run ended and they are unfortuately entering a time of mediocrity and bad teams.... the Showboats are also contending against another problem amongst their fanbases known as filthy casuals. Yes filthy sport casuals, the type where they are most liberal and shouldn't be pandered against... the team unfortuately have pandered to that 5%. So for everyone else, the logo changes slightly as it's now in a degreed angle... trying to make the logo exciting. Life right now is harsh for the Showboats.... fan relations are a low and the management is considering relocation as a last resort but then again there is a dedicated group trying to get the Showboats to stay in Memphis.

The 2000's approach and for the Showboats... it's strengthening an established look since the president is an Ohio State alumni who believed that a good look defines performance on the field. Alternating pants come in and more emphasis on the sky silver for home and road travel certainly increases the reputation of the Showboats who have now 10+ years of winning seasons so something is working.

1995 rolls by and new investment comes to the Showboats... as well as a new look. Unleashing the new Silver Sky colour onto the world... this marked the start of fancy uniforms with striking details, the red changes to Scarlet whilst the White becomes support... Black has been toyed with a return but not for the moment, the theme after all is providing a good show on the field to which the Showboats have been doing for the past 5 seasons. 5 Seasons of winning football.

In 1990 was when things changed for the Showboats.... the debut of the team's iconic stripe was here and dropping black to keep Red, Silver and White that would be their signature colors.

I've been focusing on USFL teams that are in the NFC but I haven't focused on the AFC branch of the USFL... I'll be changing that now, next up in this series is a team that had one of the more liked logos of the USFL and whose journey took several years to get everyone's respect in the NFL. Presenting the... MEMPHIS SHOWBOATS The Showboats that operate in one of the new territories that the NFL hadn't covered in 1987.... a look that would become one of the norms of the league, a side that took a beating for 3 years straight and whose record remains one of the brightest moments of the league's history.

If I had made a metallic gold helmet it would of been a bit oot... The Jags have been a black team at best with teal, white and gold as an accent color... this series I learnt that the Gold had a similar pattern that I could exploit and basically used their black and gold to create the Jags of the west coast.

And now we come to the conclusion of the San Diego Jaguars and well there was one set that the damn dirty Khans actually made that was good... and the Jags still wear that uniform here. This set I wanted to make better due to the fact that minus that god awful helmet, the uniform was actually fine... so with a new black helmet in play that is light deflective, the Jags continue to use teal as the home whilst the black becomes the Alt... the white road is there because I wasn't sure if black pants or teal pants would work. We are now halfway through this series with 20 teams done.

The Jaguars continue to thrive in San Diego, pissing off Broncos and Chargers with their good runs.... even though the Broncos had their back to back Super Bowls, the Jags were always in the playoff business alongside them... well until the early 2000's. However 2002 saw a few minor changes to a good uniform set. The first big change was the debut of the new Teal... second was the new teal road pants and finally saw black pants being used as alternate wear for Home and Road.

The San Diego Teal is just as unique as the San Diego Blue... The Jags in this timeline will not have those bastard Khans.

And so realising that the Broncos were too popular in Denver... the Colorado Gold announced that they were going to relocate and so the organisation did so, in 1996 the Gold moved to San Diego... but instead of the San Diego Gold which wouldn't of made too much sense and all, the organisation decided to rebrand themselves fitting of the spanish history of the area and of the blood of Aztecs running through... And so in the AFC West there was now... THE SAN DIEGO JAGUARS

We are also going to quickly move into the 2nd update because the Pittsburgh Steelers complained to the NFL about the gold of the Colorado Gold being similar to their own gold bollocks.... In response the Gold discovered their own metallic gold and provided black road pants... this look would become the definition of early 90's AFC. Problem is though that the Denver Broncos are too popular and the Gold would require a relocation to fully spread their wings. Now if only there was a location that they could move to.... Time for another USFL team as we go to the West but inside Bronco territory lies a team with better Black and Gold pedigree than the Steelers. Instead of the Denver Gold... the team return as the.... COLORADO GOLD And so would begin a rivalry that to this day is one of the best in the west... Gold/Broncos.

There are three things that are guarantees in life. 1, Solder Field is a dump... I know I've been to Chicago on holiday (UK person) 2, The Haslams are bums, cancerous parasitic bums that can destroy any good thing within the 30-40 years. 3, The Bears are mediocre, no matter which reality they are in. CHICAGO BEARS With that being said, the Bears don't play in all white which is strange... they instead adapted the infamous Madden road look and drove that bit of good news to the ground. Chicago is the place where draft picks, managers and good players go off to die... and when players leave, they would become dynamic players with great moves.

I think they did but a mascot having a season ending injury highlights how bad things have gotten.

Well this is the first time i've heard of a MASCOT getting a season ending injury.... the guy inside must of been in ABSOLUTE pain.

For the next bit until I decide which team to do next... is basically we're going back to the one shots and first up is... CLEVELAND BROWNS In this continunity, Art Modell never moved the team to Baltimore because the Stars were already there cutting him off from that plan.... so Modell was reluctant to keep the team in Cleveland, this made him weak in the eyes of a hungry Browns fanbase who felt that he derailed the last few years of a good Browns build. So Modell decided to become a minority owner and let Al Lerner take over, under his leadership... the Browns would go on to win 2 Super Bowls against the Giants and the 49ers but when his son took over, things started to wane and then in 2012.... Randy Lerner would sell the team to the Haslams. From 2012 onwards, the franchise became snakebit when it came to the draft.... drafting so many QB busts and when they finally did draft a good player in Baker, they treated him like the next year and then had the audacity to sign a Sex Offender from the Houston Oilers thinking he would be the #1 QB for your franchise.
