Yikes, not a good look for the Celtics by any stretch of the imagination. Least they suspended him.

Congrats on 700 Albert! This will most likely happen for a long, long time.
On a side note, jeez, seeing a player who made his major league debut the same year you were born do that makes you feel pretty dang old.

Can't say i've seen much of Mr. Hample, but from what i've heard, he seems like a shmuck who just wants views on Youtube.

Sure it's only been 2 games, but show me any team that looks better than them.
Tampa's looked pretty good, but definitely not as good as the Bills right now.
17 minutes ago, Red Wolf said:Agreed. If he worked for a real organization he'd get paid to not work. Instead he threw his lot in with the Titans.
My dream if I were a coach would be to get hired by a major program that thinks they're supposed to be title contenders like Auburn. That way I can get fired with a fat-ass buyout. But my dream is to be very lazy, because I'm built different.
Hate to say it, but the Snatit is an absolute joke of an organization. Who would give all that money to Ryan freaking Tannehill besides us? And like 10 sacks in a playoff game, at home, as the 1 seed, against the f'in Bungles and they STILL LOSE?! If that doesn't convince you this team is pathetic, then I don't know what to tell you.

Boy, am I glad I wasn't able to watch this game tonight. And that i'm not Mike Vrabel right now.

Isn't the thing with NFL+ that you can't watch it on your laptop, but only a phone or tablet?
Yeah I think you're right. Here in Northern AZ, it's pretty hard to try and find the
TitansSnatit game (unless it's nationally televised like tomorrow night will be). -

Hey first time checking this series out, and I like what I'm seeing! Cleveland in particular looks really nice, especially the fourth jersey. Does Texas have any teams the the UBA?

You'd see the LA Rays (of Anaheim) within a decade.
The Rays may even take the existing park in as-is condition.
You might be on the something. Move the Rays to Anaheim and the Angels to Montreal. There, perfect.

Dodgers clinched playoff spot for the 10th consecutive season, which is the 3rd longest streak. Using today's rules (with or without wild card), would a team have an even longer playoff streak than the Braves (14), and, if so, which team and how many consecutive seasons?
Ehh, forget that, let's see if they can pull a 2001 Mariners (or a 1906 Cubs) and win 116. (By the way, I think the Dodgers can break Atlanta's record unless they suffer an injury riddled year between 2023 and 2026, and I'm an Astros fan)

I like the logo, but I barely see a B in there. The helmet looks good though.

Late congrats to Geno Smith and the Hawks on a solid win, but like everyone else, WTF was Nate Hackett thinking on that final drive???

Forget Days of our Steelers, UT should make Days Of Our Browns
I'd would pay to see that. The Browns are pretty much a Disney Channel original comedy by now.

What a win for Buffalo! (While I miss all of it due to my job orientation that I just got back from). I'm sure they're gonna be scary this year.
As for the Rams, I'm sure there be just fine, champions are champions for a reason, they know how to weather a storm like the one they had tonight and i'm sure the Rams are capable of doing that.

Seattle would have to be the Sonics or else the city would riot. Bring the Gold and Green colors back as well.
For Vegas, you could go in many, many directions but my top 4 would be (in no particular order)
Rat Pack (After the famous trio that frequently preformed in the city)
Monsters (After the Gila Monster, an animal native to the area)
Blackjacks (Or Jacks) (After the world-famous gambling industry)

I'm not sure anyone here is overreacting. It seems that you're the only one bothered about it.
There's no asterisk for 2017, either. This isn't the NCAA, they aren't going to take a World Series away. Astros players on that team will continue to pay the public price for what happened, and that's that. Guys like Beltran, Cora, and probably unfairly Hinch will always have that blemish. Do I even actually care that the Astros stole signs in 2017? Not one iota.
However.... The outcome of a play doesn't correlate to the seriousness of the level of cheating - in any sport. Just because there wasn't a home run or RBI on every pitch does not make it a lesser infraction. Baseball is an incredibly hard sport, even when you know what's coming you still aren't going to square up on it more often than not. It's still a very clear advantage, though.
I, actually agree, I guess I am a little overreacting. I'm just defending my team like any fan would do.
5 hours ago, DoctorWhom said:They're a good team but that cheating scandal taints them.
This wasn't some regular sign stealing crap every team does to an extent, it was one of the biggest and most egregious cheating scandal in decades.
Who cares anymore, we've moved on. End of discussion.
4 hours ago, FiddySicks said:WTF is going on with the boards today? I just had a whole post that had weird spacing between the letters and when I went to edit it, it just disappeared.
Anyway, the gist of my original post is that the pearl clutching everyone has done over this Astros thing has really just made me realize how unserious of an institution baseball is, and it looks really goofy to get so worked up over what’s essentially a children’s game with a bad faith capitalistic spin. No need for me to follow any of that any longer.
Couldn't have said it any better myself my friend.
