1st Round pick Kaiir Elam will wear #24 for the Bills.  Taron Johnson, who wore #24 last year has switched to #7.

New name and logo for the Vegas NLL expansion team.

The Panthers were always meant to be in the NFC and the Jags were always in the AFC.  Whoever made the list on the box must have goofed.

I forgot how goofy the NFC alignment used to be with Phoenix in the East and Atlanta in the West.

Uniforms, yes.  Logos?  The Cardinals have had their logo for 70+ years.  The Lions have had theirs for 60+ years.  Sure, they've been tweaked a bit over the years, but they're still basically the same.

That's an unfortunate placement for that exclamation point.

It was on the 1979-80 jerseys.  It got thinner after that.

Weird that Dallas and Buffalo played each other twice in the same pre-season.  I don't remember that happening.   Anyone know why some teams had a 5th pre-season game that year?

The change also happened to coincide with a President's Trophy season and the most entertaining team the Sabres had iced since the French Connection.  There were literally people setting up tents in empty lots to sell Sabres merch during the '06 and '07 playoff runs.

Jim Kelly only wore blue pants as a Bill during the pre-season in 1986.  After the pre-season that year they switched to white pants with the road uniform and wore those throughout the remainder of Kelly's career.

This year is year 3 of the current set, so there's a minimum of two more years before they're allowed to change them again.

They did use the shield logo as a crest briefly in the late '70s.  It wasn't well-received.
