It's a two-tone anchor with 4 stars, which is (as far as I know) the insignia for an admiral. worcat Posted August 23, 2016 Share Posted August 23, 2016 it's not a bad start, there's a few spots where the lines aren't even toward the bottom. It's easier to see the flaws on the yellow side opposed to the navy side. Just a little revision and it'll be a nice start.
