I suppose I'm one of those, but I didn't realize it wasn't common there (I've only been there once and that was just to see mummies and party in Brno on my way to Krakow a couple of years ago.) Either way, I thought "Czechia" was just an Anglicization of "Česko", and not something that Czech's would use anyway, no?
