Mings
BCS Conferences that have spots in one of the 4 BCS Games. The ACC, Big East, Big Ten, Big 12, SEC and Pac 10 all have one guaranteed spot in one of the games. The rest of the conferences can get one of the two at-large spots. And as long as Notre Dame is ranked high enough and pick, they fill an at-large spot automatically.
WJMorris3
Daunte Culpepper isn't part of Conference USA's ranks - UCF is a Mid-American Conference team. That said, what about Brad Johnson, the FSU grad? ACC has 5 (granted, 3 came in with Miami and VT).
Mings
Then I guess the answer is Big 12 with none

Mings
the big zii is good at football, but usually they have great running backs so they dont need great qb's. they have some really good qb's but not nfl started caliber right out of college.
