Re phayze: It looks great except that you need to:

(1) Dump the black and replace it with the dark green. (Bordered by the gold, it shouldn't look strange.

(2) Add a gold home alt. The red alt obviously is for the road.

(3) I'd also increase the size of the "Bucks" in the front; in fact, make it bigger than the number, under the idea that the team is bigger than the individual. Plus, with a five-letter nickname you can do that.

(4) On "Milwaukee" you may need to condense it. "Milwaukee" in a generally square font is going to be pretty small.
