its obvious you've borrowed a lot from some existing logos- for instance the shield is that of the Metrostars in MLS, as well as the ball and shield pattern. The B, while not exactly it, closely resembles the B from the Baltimore Ravens. I would suggest doing something original with your concept, try a whole new shield design, and maybe incorporating a "raider" somehow, rather than just text and the copied ball. it has potential, tho, once you start creating something unique of your own.

That's not Baltimore Ravens "B" - but I notice you did use another teams crest.

However you did you manage to capture a nice idea. I do however like the simplicity of it, using the Raiders text is a good idea - you don't need a logo.

However, I'd find a different font - it's too, blah. Also use the same font for the 'B' but enlarge the 'B' .

Good start - I don't think you have to scrap the whole thing - Gordie has a good point about 'creating' your own concept. But that's how I started - using others works and then got into creating my own.

I pretty much copied every thing because every year we have a logo to go on our t-shirts at the end of the year and it always is a logo from another team. We have used AC Milan, Celtic, and now I thought I could turn the Metrostars logo into a good one.
