CS85 Posted September 15, 2005 Share Posted September 15, 2005 Hey, these jersey concepts are awesome, and I want to get in on the fun, but not sure of what the best program is to edit the uniforms. I have adobe photoshop7, I don't know if it's enough, or if there's a better one that some of the other members recommend.
