With the MLL expanding to 10 teams in 2006 with Chicago, LA, Denver, and San Fran, where do you think the MLL should expand to in their next band of expansion?

Here is my prospective list of where franchises should be located:

Southeast/Mid-Atlantic

Raliegh

Atlanta

Orlando

Richmond

Midwest

Ohio (Columbus, Cincinnati, or Cleveland)

Detroit

Minnesota

St Louis

Texas (Dallas, San Antonio, or Houston)

West

Phoenix

Salt Lake

Seattle

Portland

My top choices for each of the above regions are Orlando and Raliegh for Southeast, Minnesota and St Louis for Midwest, and Seattle and Salt Lake for West

What do you alll think?

love to see a team in Mpls but really where would they play? the dome that isabout it unless a div 3 college football stadium but those are only a few thousand seats

If you look at the MLL venues, most are not large at all (capacities in parenthesis):

Eastern Conference

Baltimore Bayhawks - Johnny Unitas Stadium (11,000)

Boston Cannons - Nickerson Field (10,412)

Long Island Lizards - Mitchell Athletic Complex (9,969)

New Jersey Pride - Sprague Field (6,000)

Philadelphia Barrage - Villanova Stadium (12,000)

Rochester Rattlers - PAETEC Park (17,500)

Western Conference

Chicago Machine - no venue announced

Denver Outlaws - Invesco Field (76, 125)

Los Angeles Riptide - Home Depot Center (27,000)

San Francisco Dragons - Kezar Stadium (10,000)

I would love to see a team here but I would be surprise if Griffin stadium which is a high school stadium would workk, perhaps Blaine but I don't know.......

By the way I just found out that the LA team is using the track field and not the main soccer stadium so the 27 000 seats for that is incorrect.

I would think when the league adds 2 teams in 08 look for Dallas and either Seattle or Columbus OH

Just say NO to gray facemasks.
