Adam
So Claude Julien was let go by the Canadiens today. Seems he was the fall guy for the Habs latest drop in the standings. This was a bit of a shock to me, soft players like Ribiero and Bonk are to blame not Julien. But maybe Gainey will be able to light a fire under some of these guys and get the Habs back into the playoffs! My dreamof all six Canadian teams playing in late April and May is still alive! Breakwood
Hopefully Gainey will keep going with Huet, why mess with a good thing, he's been solid the past two games, even durring the loss against Colorado.

They have to put Theodore back in eventually though. He's having a bad stretch. Maybe with Gainey and Guy Carbonneau behind the bench they can get the guy motivated to perform up to his highest level.Huet is a decent goalie yes but he cannot carry the team into the playoffs like Theodore did almost single handedly a few years back! Cujo
Great insight, OMMF! Actually, I just came across a report stating that Guy Carbonneau is going to take over behind the bench sometime later this year. STORY
