Some outlines on the letters/numbers would help, some colored side panels, logos (more then just the same repeating maple leaf), etc. The number looks a bit too much like the letter " I ". Raptors are dinosaurs that predate Canada's existence by hundreds of thousands of years. That said, aboard.As for the concept, this is the NBA equivalent of what the Lions and Eagles allowed to happen to their uniform. They allowed black to morph from a trim color used sparingly to the dominant color for the uniform. The NBA doesn't need another black uniform. However, I do like the reinforcement of the fact that this is Canada's NBA team. "Start spreading the news... They're leavin' today... Won't get to be a part of it...
