chrimart Posted January 23, 2006 Share Posted January 23, 2006 NHL has confirmed the 55th All-Star will be on Wednesday, Januray 24, 2007.It will be the first time since 1989 the game to be on a weekday.They didn't confirmed if the game will be * East vs. West, or* Euros vs. Dollars, or* Visors vs. Non-Visors, or* Shane Doan vs. Frenchemen...Pick you're format !! I am 1000 times more likely to watch it on a Wednesday night, when my (and a lot of people's) routine pretty much has me doing nothing anyway. I hated having to waste a Sunday afternoon on that game.It works well for baseball, and should for Hockey too. Maybe people will watch the skills competition too, since it won't be on a weekend night.
