The jersey at the top of the page linked to above is identified as the 1979 World Championships Canada jersey, but I have seen the same jersey identified on other websites as from the 1977 World Championships, and I could have sworn that I saw this jersey at the HHOF in Toronto identified as a 1978 World Championships Canada jersey.Help! totc Posted February 6, 2006 Share Posted February 6, 2006 The page is almost correct. The stick and leaf logo was used up until the 1990s. In fact, the inaugural Women's World Champion Canada team wore that jersey, but the red was slightly lightened to a pinkish color with that black stick.
