slapshot
I was flipping the dial today and caught a bit of the Bolton-Arsenal match on Fox Soccer Channel. Bolton is sponsored by Reebok, and has a big Reebok logo on the front of its jersey. Now, aside from the smaller corporate logos so prevalent on athletic uniforms, are there any other teams (soccer of otherwise) that are directly sponsored by the shoe companies? Or even by major athletic equipment manufacturers, like Wilson, Mizuno, Spalding, etc? Back-to-Back Fatal Forty Champion 2015 & 2016
ColeJ
not sure if this counts, but blackburn rovers (for the remainder of this season, anyway) are sponsored by the same company that manufactures the kits.although it's not a shoe company... it's a boxing equipment company, called lonsdale.if you look at the rovers kits, the main sponsor in the middle says lonsdale... then the exact same logo appears opposite the team badge.but next year, they'll be sponsored by bet24 or something like that... some icky casino... but if it buys decent players, i'll keep my mouth shut. my HSA shirt is still in perfect condition, and my CIS/TIME sponsored shirts are still in wearable condition as well
gosioux76
Wigan Athletic's kits are made and sponsored by British sporting goods company JJB. The team plays in JJB stadium.

kc51design
although it's not a shoe company... it's a boxing equipment company, called lonsdale.Lonsdale is much more then a boxing company. Before you said it, I would never link Lonsdale with boxing. As I saw in the shops (in London) they have so much casual clothing, and in Europe Lonsdale is associated with football fans, a new bread of fans called casual fans... lockerroom51
