pagan696
i'm a little new to image posting. for my avatars lately, i've been playing around with photoshop images that look nice at a larger size, but when reduced and viewed on the web, look too choppy. i have been saving them as *.gif from psd at size at 72dpi. would i see better results from Fireworks (which i have, but don't use too much) or are there other settings in psd that will offer a better screen appearance? i don't see any anti-alias options when saving as a *.gif.how do you all get a nice smooth inages that you post?thanks! sc49erfan15
Actually, I used to have the same problem. What I do, to get clearer images...Export from Illustrator, saving as a .jpeg, then going into Photoshop and saving the .jpeg as a .gif.
CC97
Why don't you just Copy from Illustrator and Paste into Photoshop? Much easier. --- Chris Creamer Founder/Editor, SportsLogos.Net "The Mothership" • News • Facebook • X/Twitter • Instagram
