Alphabet Man
This is probably the bid logo, the winning bid is announced next week I think. Some resemblance to the Athletics Australia logo, maybe, sort of:I find it to be an interesting logo in the way they depict the Roo. The style sums up, pretty much, the direction Athletics Australia is taking the the sport, in terms of making it attractive and youthful in a way, while at the same times being simple and yeh, pretty well doen a logo I would have thought. twitter.com/thebrainofMatt
gordie_delini
thanks for posting this, matt - I agree it's an interesting take on the roo - I like it. Is this another product of Futurebrand, or another firm?
Gazzzaf
Brisbane loves its obscure kangaroo logos. At least it resembles a kangaroo more than the '82 Commonwealth games. When I see that I think Skippy.
