CJR Posted January 17, 2004 Share Posted January 17, 2004 I'm in the group that doesn't want the Wings to wear black or silver (but I could tolerate it if it was done well). I like using the throwback shield from the Detroit Cougars days and I definately like the darker red. The lighter red seems a bit too bright in contrast to the darker and don't like the inconsistancy of the stripes at the bottom of the body compared to the ones at the bottom of the sleeves, but I don't have a suggestion to fix it.And what happened to Hasek is that the moron thought he could jump back in to NHL action after taking a year off without hurting himself and he went and hurt himself pretty badly. He's out indefinately. I'd like to say thanks to the NY Rangers, Boston Bruins, Atlanta Thrashers, Washington Capitals and Colorado Avalanche for not claiming Curtis Joseph when he was on waivers.
