Saintsfan
I think habsfannova maybe onto something there!! It would raise the profile of the pro bowl, whilst taking some of the glare away from the Superbowl teams, and allowing them at least a week to prepare in peace. 2011/12 WFL Champions
Shizznick
In my perfect world, I'd go with 2 weeks providing the weekend before the Super Bowl, the college national championship game is played (participants determined by a playoff system). I can dream can't I? realclearpolitics.com "Political tags - such as royalist, communist, democrat, populist, fascist, liberal, conservative, and so forth - are never basic criteria. Saintsfan
I was thinking that a perfect post season schedule for the NFL would beweek 1- Loserbowl- 31st and 32nd rank teams playoff winners get 1st overall pick in the draft.week 2- wildcard roundweek 3- divisional playoff roundweek 4- conference championshipsweek 5- pro bowlweek 6- Superbowl. The only problem would be that those not in the wildcard would have a 2 week layoff after the regular season, which may turn into a big disadvantage, one week is okay, but 2 gives you plenty of time to get a bit rusty I would have thoguht. 2011/12 WFL Champions
NJTank
Well I think eventually the NFL will go to 8 playoff teams with no body getting a byew week. So if taht happens then a week off will beneift everyone there. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com
