2008 NCAA FBS Uniform Combinations

Shameless bump for Week 14.

New combinations for 2008 were worn by: North Carolina State (Red/Red), Kansas (White/White), Missouri (Old Gold/Black), Oklahoma State (Orange/Orange), Cincinnati (Black/White), Houston (White/White), Tulsa (White/Royal Blue), Washington State (Crimson ?Cougars?/White/Crimson), and Louisiana Tech (Red/White).

Yet to wear their darks in 2008 is: Georgia Tech.

Pretty sure we won't see Tech's golds. They're most likely playing in the Peach Bowl (yes, I did that intentionally) as the home team.

New combinations for 2008 were worn by: Florida International (Blue/White), Army (Camouflage/Camouflage Black/Camouflage), and Navy (Gold/Special White/Navy Blue).

Yet to wear their darks in 2008 is: Georgia Tech, who likely will choose to wear white in the Chick-fil-A Bowl. (I'd be amused if LSU were forced to wear purple if they go there too.)

I'll probably post updates sporadically during the bowl season.

New combinations for 2008 were worn by: Georgia Tech (Navy Blue/Old Gold), Miami (Florida) (White/Orange), Missouri (White/Old Gold), Oregon State (Orange/White), and Boise State (White/Blue).

One more bump after the NCG. And I can stop complaining that Georgia Tech never wore their darks.

I think Va Tech should stick with the whte throwback as the normal "road" jersey. It seems like they had alot of success wearing it.

Finished with 2008. Another fun season of challenges for this project. Please take a second to review your favorite team in case I did make a mistake. Unlike the prior years, I tried to put together changes from last year (although I didn't do changes in combos ? maybe later).

Primary jersey is defined here as the dark worn over half the time. Where there is a tie, I assume the primary jersey hasn?t changed from the previous season.
