BrandMooreArt
well, its just not that good of a drawing to being with. theres problems with proportions and details. i think you have the right idea as to how to go about doing this, but your illustrative skills are lacking. keep drawing and learning as much as you can and they will get there. everyone has 1,000 bad drawing in them they need to "get out" before they really start to grasp it. this place is THE best resource for drawing and painting. browse the forums for tutorials and other tipshttp://www.conceptart.org/forums/ GRAPHIC ARTIST BEHANCE / MEDIUM / DRIBBBLE
9erssteve
Found on the site BrandNstudio recommended (thanks for the link some amazing stuff which I will certainly use!):http://ia311507.us.archive.org/1/items/constructiveanat00briduoft/constructiveanat00briduoft.pdfpage 114 is where it'll get relevant for this project but flick through the whole PDF. Dont be intimidate and think I cant draw like that, and dont be put off because you think it's too medical/detailed to be used as a logo, just look at the images and learn what makes a human head look like a human head then take that and apply it to what you're doing here. Only when you really know what makes a head human can you distort it to create other humanoid creatures or caricatures.Seriously if all you do is look through it once you cant fail but to pick up something which will help you improve your work. I GUARANTEE it wont be a waste of your time!9erssteve
