darkhaha
I know we've had thousands of conversations about the Cowboys' mismatched colors, but I thought you guys might be interested in these old photos from 1964-65 -- the years when Dallas used three stripes on the sleeves and socks. From a color standpoint, THIS is how they should look -- deep royal blue and metallic-silver-blue. Though I actually prefer the two-stripe jerseys and the extra blue outline around the star on the helmet which came later on, the colors look so great here I just had to share them. Plus, it's kind of fun to see Staubach, Meredith, Landry, Reeves and Hayes from WAY back in the day. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.
ColeJ
the mismatching blues and silvers don't bother me nearly as much the black outlines on the home jersey's stripes. they're idiotic and hideous.and i actually really like the helmet without the extra outline.
