andrewharrington Posted October 25, 2011 Share Posted October 25, 2011 I'm glad you tried to tackle this, but I don't think it's totally working. The reason the old logo looks dated is because the linework is so thin and there are so many details. The linework needs to be beefier all around and extraneous elements need to be eliminated. To solve your shamrock problem, I'd go with a solid blue shamrock on the gold band, as opposed to the green shamrock outlined in blue. Streamline it.
