My grandfather straight out of high school was invited to spring training with the Orioles, the Phillies also looked at him, he didn't make it to the majors. What I heard, he was the talk of the town in East Hartford, Connecticutt. I was wondering if teams would keep a scouting report on him and where I can find it? He had hit the first ever Little League Home Run in Wisconsin and was gonna play for the Milwaukee Braves but didn't have the money to pay to try out.
