Even out the black outlines so it's all the same thickness, the green is a cool color but it's used so randomly, it's distracting. Either use it a lot or very little... But the way it is now it looks tacked on. And making the e and the bottome half of the b the same height would balance it out better. The logo doesnt seem to have any rhyme or reason, you've provided no background on it or taken the time to neaten the edges up or anything. Its kinda been 'thrown' out with little thought to it.
